General contracting, organized the way projects actually succeed

Eleven Western Builders is the general contracting core of the Eleven Western platform — four sector teams, each led by a Project Executive who owns the client relationship from pursuit through warranty, building across the Western U.S. since 1983.

Why PX-led beats the departmental assembly line

Most GCs pass your project from business development to estimating to operations to the field — and the promises made in the first meeting fade at every handoff.

We organize around Project Executives instead. Your PX sits in the estimate review, negotiates the buyout, walks the site, chairs the OAC meetings, and answers the 6 a.m. phone call. One person, accountable for the whole promise.

And because teams are organized by sector rather than geography, your project inherits a playbook refined across dozens of buildings like yours — not a first attempt.

What your PX owns

  • The pursuit, the estimate, and the number you sign
  • Subcontractor buyout and bid coverage
  • Schedule, logistics, and the field team
  • OAC meetings and every escalation
  • Closeout, warranty, and the next project

Eleven Western Builders, answered

What is a PX-led sector team?
A Project Executive (PX) owns each sector — Automotive, Grocery, Retail, and Lifestyle — and every client relationship in it, from first pursuit through warranty. The person who commits to your budget and schedule is the person accountable for delivering them.
What delivery methods does Eleven Western Builders offer?
Preconstruction, design-assist, design-build, construction management (including CM at-risk), and traditional general contracting — both negotiated and hard-bid — plus self-perform trades through Eleven Western Trades.
Where does Eleven Western Builders work?
Across the Western U.S. from four offices (Escondido, Rocklin, Meridian/Boise metro, and Dallas), with direct contractor licenses in 11 states and 20 states reachable via ICC F-11 certification.
Does EWB take both negotiated and hard-bid work?
Yes. Much of our revenue is negotiated repeat business, but our estimating group competes — and wins — hard-bid work in every sector we serve.
