Facility Services exists so multi-site operators don't have to manage a different vendor in every market.
The division grew out of a simple pattern: clients whose stores we built kept calling the same crews back for repairs. Formalized in the 2000s, it now runs vetted, trained EWB field techs — not brokered strangers — across retail, grocery, QSR, and property-management portfolios.
Every work order gets before-and-after photos, a real coordinator with a name, and portal visibility from request to invoice. It's maintenance run with a builder's discipline.
