Two tracks to the top. One honest map.

Careers at Eleven Western follow a dual-track map: a shared base from Submittal Coordinator to Project Engineer, then a fork — the project-management track rising to Project Executive, or the field track rising through Superintendent to Director of Field Operations.

Where the fork happens

Everyone starts on the same base. The Project Engineer seat — office-based, with regular field visits — is where you discover which side of the wall you want to run: the plan or the pour.

Working here, answered

Are Project Engineers office-based or field-based?
Office-based, with regular field visits. The PE seat is deliberately the hinge of our career map — it is where you discover whether your path runs toward project management (PM → Senior PM → Project Executive) or field leadership (Superintendent → General Superintendent → Director of Field Operations).
Do people actually move up both tracks?
Yes — it is the company’s lived history. Our Chief Risk Officer started as a Submittal Coordinator; our COO started as a laborer at fourteen; our President joined as a Project Manager in 1990; our Senior VPs came up through carpentry. The map on this page is drawn from real careers.
Which offices are hiring?
All four — Escondido (HQ), Rocklin, Meridian (Boise metro), and Dallas. Field roles travel within their region; PEs and PMs are based in an office.
