Instant Budget Start a Project

You're not a vendor here. You're the project team.

Eleven Western runs a qualification-gated bid room for subcontractors: prequalify once, request ITBs on active opportunities, receive per-company document credentials, and opt into a directory that gets you found by EWB project managers across 11 states.

Qualification is the key

Prequalify

One complete package: company profile, trade and licenses, bonding and surety, EMR, financials, references, COI. Complete packets get reviewed fast; incomplete packets don't get reviewed at all.

Enter the bid room

Active qualification unlocks the plan room: live opportunities by trade, sector, and office, with bid dates and scope summaries — the work is real and the dates are honest.

Request an ITB

A formal intent to bid gets you a unique document credential — scoped to your company and that project. We track coverage, so committed bidders aren't wallpaper for someone else's number.

Get found

Opt into the directory and EWB PMs sourcing your trade in your region can find you — the qualified-sub network of the Western U.S., and you're in it.

Bid rooms are free. Respect is rarer.

01

Honest bid lists

Coverage tracking means we invite the bidders we intend to buy from — not twelve numbers to check a box.

02

Real scope reviews

Buyout means sitting down on scope before contract — gaps found together cost less than gaps found in the field.

03

Repeat pipeline

Four sectors, eleven states, program work that rolls year over year. Good subs get the next one — that's the model.

04

Self-perform empathy

We field our own crews through EWB Trades — we price, schedule, and get paid like you do. It shows in how we run buyout and pay apps.

Portal status

In development

The self-serve subcontractor portal — online prequalification, the live plan room, ITB requests, and directory profiles — is in active development. Until it opens, prequalification runs through our team: request the package and we'll get you in the pipeline now, with your portal account waiting at launch.

Subcontractor questions, answered

How do I get into the Eleven Western bid room?
Prequalify. Active qualification is the key to the plan room: submit the prequalification package (company, trade, licenses, bonding and surety, EMR, financials, references, COI), and once approved you can request ITBs on active opportunities.
What is an ITB request?
A formal statement of intent and commitment to bid. When EWB issues your ITB, you receive a unique, per-company access credential that unlocks that project’s documents — scoped to you, auditable, and never a shared password.
How long does qualification last?
Qualifications are active for a set term and renew annually. We send reminders ahead of expiration with a streamlined renewal — a lapsed qualification pauses plan-room access until renewed.
What is the subcontractor directory?
An opt-in profile that makes your company visible to EWB project managers sourcing trades — your coverage areas, licenses, and capabilities, discoverable by the people who buy the work. Opt in during prequalification.
Does EWB pay on time?
Our reputation rests on the performance of our subcontractors — and theirs on how we treat them. Clean pay applications processed on schedule, honest scope reviews before buyout, and PX teams that answer the phone. Ask any sub who has worked with us twice.
