Pharmacy Conversion Rollout — 9 Stores
Nine in-store pharmacy conversions across Northern California and Oregon — secure-storage buildouts, casework, and state board-of-pharmacy inspections passed first-time at every location.
Client: National Pharmacy Chain · Location: Northern California & Oregon
The program
Nine pharmacy conversions inside operating stores: secure storage rooms, dispensing casework, consultation rooms, and the security, HVAC, and data infrastructure that board-of-pharmacy licensure requires.
How regulated buildouts get done
Inspection-first scheduling. State board-of-pharmacy inspection windows drove each store’s schedule backwards from the licensure date. All nine passed first-time — no re-inspection fees, no delayed openings.
Casework through The Mill Shop. Dispensing counters and consultation-room casework came from EWB’s sister millwork company, collapsing the usual shop-drawing round-trips into one team.
Working around healthcare. Conversions adjacent to operating pharmacies demanded chain-of-custody awareness, off-hours secure-room work, and coordination with pharmacists-in-charge at every site.
Outcome
Nine for nine on first-time inspections. Program completed inside the client’s fiscal year.
